Driver

Position Summary : The Driver is responsible for providing reliable and safe transportation services for company personnel, materials, and official errands. The role ensures timely deliveries, adherence to traffic regulations, proper vehicle maintenance and professional representation of our company at all times.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, or materials to designated locations.

Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules as assigned by the Admin or Fleet team.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, inside and out, at all times.

Check the vehicle daily for fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and other mechanical elements to ensure proper functioning.

Promptly report any vehicle malfunction, accident, or maintenance requirement to the supervisor.

Adhere strictly to Qatar traffic rules and regulations and maintain a valid driving license at all times.

Assist with loading and unloading of materials, parcels, or documents as required.

Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Ensure company confidentiality and discretion when handling documents or transporting personnel.

Perform any other duties related to logistics, errands, or administrative support as assigned.

Job Specifications :

Education : High School Certificate or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Qatar or GCC, preferably in a corporate environment.

License : Valid Qatar Driving License (light vehicle; heavy vehicle license an advantage).

Language Skills : Basic English communication; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.

Other Requirements : Good knowledge of Qatar roads, routes, and traffic laws.
