Housekeeping Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hotel. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established standards. Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services. Work closely with other department managers to coordinate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience. Monitor budgetary expenses related to housekeeping operations. Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or related field. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Must be able to legally work in Qatar.
