Job Purpose
To plan, develop, and execute engaging, high-quality content that strengthens the company’s brand presence, supports marketing campaigns, and drives lead generation across digital and offline channels within the real estate market in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and business goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends relevant to the Qatar real estate sector.
- Create monthly content calendars covering social media, website, blogs, and campaigns.
Content Creation & Production
Write, edit, and produce compelling content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, website copy, project descriptions, and press releases.Develop content tailored to different audience segments (buyers, investors, tenants, corporate clients).Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure brand-consistent visual and written communication.Digital & Social Media Content
Create optimised content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Ensure SEO best practices in all website and blog content.Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support paid campaigns with impactful copy and creatives.Brand Communications
Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and style across all content assets.Support the launch of new real estate projects with brochures, sales content, ads, and presentations.Develop compelling narratives for corporate communication and stakeholder engagement.Performance Monitoring
Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversions) across channels.Analyse insights and recommend improvements for future content.Prepare regular reports on content ROI and campaign effectiveness.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital content strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment.Familiarity with content tools (CMS, social media scheduling tools, Canva, basic Adobe Suite is a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
