The Sr. Business Analyst bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, defining business processes, and ensuring that AI products align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gather and analyze business requirements to define AI product features and functionalities.
- Develop and document business processes, workflows, and use cases for AI products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new AI products and enhancements to existing products.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.
- Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI products, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards in all business analysis activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts and other team members.
- Prepare and present business analysis reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of departmental goals.
- Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Principal Business Analyst or senior management.
Requirements
