Roles & Responsibilities

Assist electrical, mechanical, plumbing repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.

Maintain and re‑lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.

Assist electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.

Assist in providing preventative maintenance of all electrical / mechanical / plumbing equipment and updating appropriate logs.

Assist shift engineers, General Mech, Plumber, Carpentry, and other requirements.

Maintain records and files on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panel, and company truck.

Key Attributes

Previous experience with a Luxury Hotel & Resort.
