Key Responsibilities Respond to technical and nontechnical queries from field teams and assist in resolving issues efficiently Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical problems while documenting updates in operational systems Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals Communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders Be available for oncall duties during planned and unplanned activities Requirements 3 4 years of experience in technical support preferably in telecom Knowledge of VoIP IPTV and Broadband technologies Bachelor s degree in Electronics Communication or related fields Cisco certification or equivalent is a plus Strong problemsolving and communication skills
