Pipeline inspector

Location : Offshore Qatar

Work Schedule : 12 hours / day, 6 days / week (rotation)

Contract Type : Contract Staffing

Job Purpose :

To carry out inspection and quality control activities on offshore pipelines in compliance with Qatargas specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct inspection of pipeline laying, welding, and installation works.

Perform NDT (PAUT, TOFD, conventional) and AUT inspections.

Ensure compliance with Qatargas specifications and DNV-ST-C501 standards.

Verify quality documentation and prepare inspection reports.

Liaise with contractors, QA / QC, and client representatives on inspection findings.

Requirements :

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or equivalent.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in pipeline inspection.

Certifications : CSWIP 3.2.1 / 3.2.2 , BGAS Level 2 , PCN NDT (PAUT, TOFD, conventional) , AUT CSWIP Level 2 .

Knowledge of Qatargas specifications and offshore pipeline projects.

Strong communication skills; English proficiency required.
