Job Description : We are looking for a Coordinator to manage and oversee all delivery and shipment-related activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between forwarders, internal departments, and customers, to guarantee that all deliveries are executed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate delivery schedules between forwarders, warehouse, and customers.

Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.

Communicate with logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate tracking records.

Update and report delivery status to relevant departments.

Handle any issues or delays related to shipment or delivery.

Ensure proper documentation for local and international deliveries.

Support internal coordination between sales, operations, and service teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics or delivery coordination (preferably in the medical or healthcare industry).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of import / export documentation and local delivery processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
