Operations Manager | Qatar | Catering Sector

A leading catering company in Doha is seeking a dynamic and experienced OPERATIONS MNAGER to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This role is critical to ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with both company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and streamline operations across diverse catering locations
Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Maintain strong client relationships and respond proactively to feedback
Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize performance
Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale catering operations

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities

GCC experience preferred

Salary Range

QAR 18,000 – 20,000 per month
