We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and creating delicious and innovative dishes that showcase the flavors of India. Your duties will include menu planning, food preparation, managing inventory and kitchen staff, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and lead kitchen operations in a high-volume setting. Plan menus and prepare high-quality Indian cuisine. Manage inventory and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Ensure meals are prepared to the highest quality standards. Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Deep understanding of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. A biometric passport is preferred for ease of travel. Details
