Office Manager, Events Organisation, Qatar

I am seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a high-profile event organisation. This key role will support an international team through proactive planning, clear communication, and logistical coordination, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Office Manager Key Responsibilities :

Oversee office operations, including supplies, space organisation, and mail distribution Manage travel, accommodation, and event logistics for the team Liaise between ICT, HR, and building management to resolve issues Provide executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination Organise internal events and social activities to foster team cohesion Support new hires by assisting with onboarding and workspace setup Maintain internal directories, distribution lists, and organizational charts What We’re Looking For :
