Overview
Airport Security Operations Centre Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the Airport Security Operations Centre (ASOC) to provide the day‑to‑day command and control of all safety‑related activities, technologies, and coordination of security actions during operational emergencies.
- Manage and supervise ASOC staff, including Protection Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Officers, in a 24 / 7 operation to maintain high security standards and ensure a positive passenger experience.
- Develop and implement an organized release model within the ASOC with ongoing review and evaluation of outcomes and responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that electronic permits (E‑permits) are processed daily.
- Conduct routine operational audits of CCTV and Access Control Equipment.
- Demonstrate supervisory abilities : delegate work, provide clear direction, manage processes, and mentor / train staff to develop capabilities.
