The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding processes and committed to adhering to strict safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled welding on structural steel members in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select the correct methods and materials.
• Ensure proper preparation of workpieces, including fit-up and cleaning.
• Maintain a high standard of weld quality and pass all qualification tests.
• Strictly adhere to safety procedures, including the use of PPE and hot work permits, often in challenging environments.Qualifications & Experience
• Certified welder with a valid trade certificate and process-specific certifications.
• 3-5 years of experience in structural welding, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Ability to pass welder qualification tests as required.
• Physical fitness to work at height, in confined spaces, and in demanding conditions.
