Job description
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the soft services team, including cleaning staff, security personnel, and other related service providers.
Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets and control costs related to soft services operations.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and key indicators.
Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure consistent service delivery.
Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Hospitality Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years experience in managing Facilities of similar scale including Administration of Contracts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Experience working in Qatar is preferred.
