Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the soft services team, including cleaning staff, security personnel, and other related service providers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and control costs related to soft services operations.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and key indicators.
  • Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in managing Facilities of similar scale including Administration of Contracts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience working in Qatar is preferred.
