Assistant Director of Digital Marketing

Position Overview :

The Assistant Director of Digital Marketing plays a pivotal role in leading and executing the digital strategy for Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This role is responsible for driving online visibility brand awareness and revenue through strategic digital initiatives. Collaborating closely with brand sales PR and revenue teams you will oversee performance marketing content strategy social media CRM SEO / SEM and website optimization across both properties ensuring consistency and excellence aligned with Accor standards and the luxury identity of each brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Strategy & :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support business goals including direct bookings brand engagement and guest acquisition.
• Oversee all digital campaigns across performance channels (Search Display Meta Retargeting) ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
• Lead website optimization efforts for both Raffles and Fairmont Doha pages and focusing on UX content and SEO performance.
• Leverage Accor tools and platforms to manage digital campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
