Administrative Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to utilize your English-speaking skills and expertise in managing administrative tasks for our company.

Responsibilities : - Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions including office management, scheduling, and budgeting - Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for day-to-day operations - Manage a team of administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by management - Serve as a point of contact between employees and management for any administrative needs or issues - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Indian national with own visa preferred
