Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children at all times.
• Develop and implement activities for the children.
• Plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.
• Design kids birthday packages and other kids events (Easter, Christmas).
• Conduct inventory of kids toys, games, etc.
• Share relevant information about the kids club with team members.
• Work within the policies and procedures.
• Participate in the weekly staff meetings.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.
• Establish rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
• Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
• Monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.
• React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with a prepared backup plan.
• Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.
• Provide orientation of the KFAS facility and, when available, the Spa and Wellness Center.
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and the hotel.
