About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Planning / Scheduling Engineer to join our Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules for road maintenance and improvement projects across the region.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning and scheduling software
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather and analyse project data
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance
• Identify potential delays or conflicts and propose solutions to keep projects on track
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management
• Assist in resource allocation and optimisation across multiple projects
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of road maintenance activities
• Analyse historical data to improve future planning and scheduling processes
• Stay up‑to‑date with local road regulations and standards in Qatar
• Contribute to the development of long‑term maintenance strategies for road infrastructure
