Hiring for a Factory in new industrial area – Sr. Sales (projects) as below : -
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conducting research and analysing companies / projects data to identify the sales leads.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads, market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
- Develop and create new proposals, quotations for existing clients also make cold calls for new business leads.
- Planning and overseeing innovative marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain Client Portfolio of existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment / Placement opportunities.
- Request Interview schedules with Recruiters.
- Send candidates resume to the clients for feedbacks, availability of the candidate prior interview and confirmation via email.
- Update clients on hiring status (e.g., number of screened candidates).
- Updated client database as per company CRM and maintaining Data confidentiality.
- Meeting clients to submit and receive the business transactions.
- Facilitate work related equipment’s to the Outsourced Staff at client premises.
- Providing training to subordinate Business Developers. Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing is a must (Master preferred).Strong business knowledge, Analytical and detail oriented.Ability to effectively research new markets.Creativity and problem-solving skills.Advanced knowledge of Ms Office and internet research.Excellent written and verbal communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressureBenefits

Salary : QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
