Overview University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) was officially established by the Emiri Decision No13 of 2022 and is the first national university specializing in academic applied, technical, and professional education in Qatar. Responsibilities
Coordinate technical and financial requirements and negotiate proposals to secure new project opportunities.
Collaborate with the Legal Directorate to draft partnership agreements for signature and implementation.
Disseminate best practices and lessons learned to support local partnership development and advise on existing systems, tools, and resources.
Plan and deliver university visits and conferences, manage professional services engagements through local partners, and follow up with potential donors.
Develop a comprehensive partnership development plan aligned with UDST’s Strategic Plan and Local Strategies.
Identify, design, negotiate, and draft concept notes and project briefs for discussion with partners.
Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic preferred.
