Chemical Engineer - Process Development (Lusail, Qatar)

We are in search of an experienced Chemical Engineer with a background in process development to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes for the production of chemicals and related products. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop new processes for the production of chemicals and related products.
Conduct research and experiments to optimize existing processes.
Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of new processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and procedures.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development within the chemical industry.

Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
