MEP - Construction Manager

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is in charge of supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of MEP and coordination with Railway systems.

Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of MEP in underground Metro Rail Transit projects under construction, specifically in systems for ventilation, fire protection, power supply and distribution, Signaling and Automatic Protection, Operation and Supervision of trains, other Low Current systems, Control and Remote Operation Systems.

Candidate should have experience in issues related to tunnel ventilation, station ventilation and air conditioning, MEP installations, Building Automation and Control Systems, and experience in the design review and evaluation of designs to check for compliance with specifications and employer requirements.

The scope of the role means that they will be deployed in the engineering team to assist the MEP / HVAC Design Manager with the review of related designs and then join the construction team once site execution works commence.

Skills required

Minimum 10 years of Railway related experience – Construction MEP manager with strong installer background.

Degree educated within a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical).
