Robert Walters As a Recruitment & Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring workforce planning is optimised to meet organisational needs. From sourcing top talent to analysing workforce trends, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create workforce plans. Analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights to improve planning efficiency. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations throughout all recruitment activities. What We\'re Looking For : Proven experience in recruitment and workforce planning (minimum 6-8 years preferred). Strong analytic skills with expertise in workforce forecasting and data interpretation. Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. Knowledge of HR systems and tools for streamlining recruitment processes. Familiarity with UAE labour market and employment regulations is a plus. Seniority level
