Job descriptionMinimum of Diploma or Higher Secondary Education Minimum of 5 years experience in managing Pest Control Services in large Facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications in pest control are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pest control team, ensuring adherence to schedules and service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections of client premises to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure the safe and proper handling, storage, and application of pesticides in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities, including inspections, treatments, and material usage.
- Train and mentor pest control technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to pest control activities for management review.
