Job Summary The Technical and Engineering Manager is responsible for all engineering technical aspects of the Companys operations inclusive of value engineering opportunities construction and overall methodology method statements engineering design drawings shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval Job Responsibilities 1 Lead the design team in creating innovative highquality engineering solutions Manage design projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Provide expert technical guidance and support to design and engineering teams Develop and enforce design standards procedures and best practices Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements Allocate resources effectively to support design and technical projects Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development marketing and manufacturing to ensure cohesive project execution Drive innovation in design methodologies and technologies to maintain competitive advantage Identify and mitigate risks associated with design and technical projects Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the design and technical teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
