Responsible for project cost control, monitoring, and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and budget compliance. Coordinates with project teams to deliver comprehensive cost-control services and supports overall project financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and report project costs, forecasts, and variances.
- Maintain and update planned vs. actual cost schedules and budget allocations.
- Prepare budget transfer requests and ensure accurate cost coding.
- Analyse cost data, identify deviations, and report overruns to management.
- Support preparation of Weekly and Monthly Job Cost Reports.
- Review and verify client invoices, monitor over / under invoicing, and ensure timely submissions.
- Implement departmental cost-control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with site teams to verify progress and update ERP systems accordingly.
- Support HSE and quality initiatives, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil or engineering (MMUP / UPDA registration preferred).Minimum 8 years’ total experience, including 5 years in a relevant cost control role (GCC experience preferred).Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., CCS Candy), MS Project, and Primavera.Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
