Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotel hospitality establishment In this role you will be responsible for managing financial planning budgeting reporting and analysis to support the overall financial health and strategic goals of the organization Your expertise in financial management will be critical in driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the hotels business objectives Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decisionmaking and strategic planning Prepare annual budgets financial forecasts and performance reports Monitor and analyze budget performance identifying variances and recommending corrective actions Generate and review accurate financial statements including profit and loss reports balance sheets and cash flow statements Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
