As a Senior DevOps Engineer at MindStream, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge DevOps solutions for enterprise‑scale environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline software delivery pipelines, enhance infrastructure automation, and ensure robust security and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to work on high‑impact projects leveraging multi‑cloud platforms, container orchestration, and advanced CI / CD methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior engineers and influencing strategic technology decisions that shape the future of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for complex applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate security practices (SAST, DAST, and composition analysis) into DevOps workflows.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and budgeting strategies across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices across the organization.
