Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth flow of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and record-keeping skills, along with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and material control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock control systems or ERP software.
  • Organize, label, and store items systematically for easy retrieval and safety compliance.
  • Issue materials as per requisitions and record all outgoing stock.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse or storage area.
  • Report low stock levels, damaged goods, or discrepancies immediately.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or Inventory Controller.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Physically fit to handle inventory and warehouse duties.
