- Support the planning execution and tracking of various salesrelated projects and initiatives across markets.
- Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities within the sales cycle and propose process improvements.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to support decisionmaking and measure project success.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports and updates for leadership to showcase project progress and results.
- Participate in pilot initiatives or special projects documenting learnings and scaling best practices.
- Support the rollout of new tools, systems or sales enablement materials to frontline teams.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to ongoing sales projects.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and updates related to assigned projects.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.13 years of experience in sales operations, project management or a related function.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment is a plus.
Project management certification is a plus (e.g. PMP, Agile).
