Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to all quality health & safety information security and business continuity policies.

• Liaise with the quality team for inspections testing and quality compliance.

• Supervise the maintenance and functioning of RCA equipment.

• Ensure the entire yard operation and procedures are controlled and running efficiently.

• Supervise weighbridge operators bulldozer operators flagmen and labourers to ensure compliance with company rules and policies.

• Oversee crushers production quantities testing and processing methods to ensure alignment with QCS requirements.

• Guarantee availability of approved materials in line with joint sampling requisitions and placed sales orders.

• Coordinate with customer representatives to ensure materials meet approval standards.

• Monitor and coordinate with crusher foremen/supervisors to ensure materials released and loaded onto trucks are correct and approved.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Industrial Operations or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in yard crushers aggregates or recycling plant operations.

• Strong knowledge of RCA equipment crusher operations and weighbridge processes.
