Job descriptionAchieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for all outlets. Monitor P&L performance, control operating costs, and maximize efficiency. Conduct regular financial reviews and develop action plans to address variances. Implement cost control measures in food, labor, and overheads. Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and their teams. Ensure adequate manpower planning, scheduling, and succession planning. Identify training needs and support L&D initiatives to improve team performance. Drive employee engagement, retention, and compliance with HR policies. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores by ensuring service quality and product consistency. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution. Implement feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives. Support business expansion plans and assist in opening new outlets within the cluster. Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams and customer base. Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and local store marketing activities. Benchmark against competitors and recommend improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management (preferred). Minimum 6–8 years of F&B operations experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet / cluster / area management role. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Proven track record in achieving financial and operational KPIs. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and local regulations. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and travel between outlets.
