Captain , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities
Guest Service :
Provide exemplary service to guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Team Leadership :
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B service team, including waitstaff and servers, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Menu Knowledge :
Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary requirements, to assist guests with their selections and make recommendations. Order Management :
Take and process guest orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Table Set-up :
Oversee the proper setup of tables, including arranging tableware, linens, and decorations, to create an inviting atmosphere. Quality Control :
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and temperature to maintain high standards. Billing :
Handle guest billing, process payments, and resolve any billing discrepancies professionally. Training :
Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand our service standards and expectations. Qualifications
Previous experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. A pleasing personality and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
