Job description

To ensure efficient academic administration for TransnationalEducation (TNE) programs, particularly the BUC–SUT partnership, by managingacademic operations, records, examinations, and compliance in line withinstitutional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manageclass schedules, timetables, and resource allocations
  • Coordinateexaminations, invigilation, and results processing
  • OverseePearson / BTEC and university registration processes
  • Maintainacademic records : attendance, assessments, transcripts, certifications
  • Issuestudent letters, IDs, and official documents
  • Providelogistical support and payment coordination for visiting / part-time faculty
  • Administeracademic-related student and staff requests
  • Supportaudits and ensure compliance documentation
  • Liaisewith BUC and SUT academic teams for coordination
  • Contributeto process improvement and effective use of academic systems

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 3–4years of experience in academic administration, preferably in TNE programs
  • Familiaritywith international university systems and compliance standards
  • Experiencewith Pearson / BTEC program logistics is an advantage
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Strongorganizational and multitasking skills
  • Highaccuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiencyin MS Office and academic systems
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto work independently with sensitive academic data
  • Adaptableand solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
