To ensure efficient academic administration for TransnationalEducation (TNE) programs, particularly the BUC–SUT partnership, by managingacademic operations, records, examinations, and compliance in line withinstitutional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manageclass schedules, timetables, and resource allocations
- Coordinateexaminations, invigilation, and results processing
- OverseePearson / BTEC and university registration processes
- Maintainacademic records : attendance, assessments, transcripts, certifications
- Issuestudent letters, IDs, and official documents
- Providelogistical support and payment coordination for visiting / part-time faculty
- Administeracademic-related student and staff requests
- Supportaudits and ensure compliance documentation
- Liaisewith BUC and SUT academic teams for coordination
- Contributeto process improvement and effective use of academic systems
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Education, or related field3–4years of experience in academic administration, preferably in TNE programsFamiliaritywith international university systems and compliance standardsExperiencewith Pearson / BTEC program logistics is an advantageSkills and Competencies :
