Asset Management Senior Specialist develops and implements strategic asset management plans, overseeing the full asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. Responsibilities include conducting risk reviews, managing asset performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining asset registers, performing audits, and providing data analysis and reporting to stakeholders. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and providing technical advice and support. Manage and maintain the accuracy of IT asset records and configuration data. Ensure compliance with asset management policies and standards. Coordinate periodic asset audits and reconciliation with finance and procurement teams. Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, including warranty and lease tracking. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM or similar) preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management. Experience managing asset databases, lifecycle tracking, and audit compliance.
