WINPCS Coordinator | Qatar

QUALIFICATIONS : Candidate should be a motivated self-starter with complex problem-solving ability. Minimum Qualification should be Graduate in Engineering. Formal certification in Project commissioning is desirable. Must be proficient in day-to-day computer usage and well versed with regular office applications, drafting, engineering, project management software etc.

Skillset shall include :

• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented personality
• Considerable experience in Commissioning and Start-up of process and utility systems related to Oil & Gas industry.
• Fluent and expert in reading and interpreting P&ID's, Piping Isometrics and Production Flow Diagrams, etc.
• Commendable knowledge in commissioning and start-up of Stationary and Rotating equipments, Gas and Oil pipeline systems.
• Operations and maintenance of production facilities
• Report writing and records maintenance; writing of procedures, method statements, etc.
• Project management skills; cost, time and project scope
• Permit to Work System, Occupational hazards, standard safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Millwright, piping, and workshop knowledge
