PMO Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst (Arabic Speaking) who will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office in coordinating projects across business-as-usual operations and major sports event environments. This role will assist in project tracking reporting documentation management and ensuring alignment with project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

• Support the development and upkeep of Technology Delivery workflows templates diagrams and documentation repositories.
• Verify stakeholder outputs to ensure adherence to project management and technology delivery standards.
• Attend project meetings document minutes clearly and track follow-up actions to closure.
• Maintain logs to monitor open actions risks dependencies and their owners.
• Assist in preparing management reports dashboards and project status updates at defined intervals.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of project documentation and PMO information systems.
