Responsibilities

• Able to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues / incidents within Success Factors modules
• Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM integration techniques
• Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint Strong XML Knowledge
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Able to train the user communities (End users / Super Users)

Candidate profile

SAP certified in Employee Central

Trained or knowledge in other SF modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation and Learning
