Security Inspector

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and ensuring the effective implementation of security operations across assigned facilities. The role involves monitoring security personnel, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide security guards on daily duties and site coverage.

• Conduct routine inspections of security posts and report irregularities or incidents.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols, emergency procedures, and access control systems.

• Investigate security breaches, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive actions.

• Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.

• Train and brief security staff on safety standards and updates.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance records of security personnel.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in security supervision or inspection.

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple sites if required.
