Deputy Project Manager

As the Deputy Project Manager your responsibilities will include :

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing technical and administrative tasks for the project ensuring smooth daytoday operations

Maintain close coordination with the client being present at the clients office for 50% of the project time to facilitate effective communication and swift issue resolution

Support the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and budgets

Monitor project progress identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders

Assist in managing project resources including personnel allocation and equipment utilisation

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Facilitate team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment

Support the Project Manager in stakeholder management ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations

Assist in contract management and vendor coordination

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework
