Job Description
Supervise the smooth running of the outletEnsure the venue opens on time and are ready for businessEnsure excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venueLiaise on shift with Head Chef to resolve problems and ensure great serviceComplete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venue, and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shiftDetailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of productEnsuring stock is received and secured in cellars on deliveryEnsure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each productDisplay stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as requiredRecording any wastageHelp coach and bring staff throughEnsure high standards of health and safety are maintained at all timesQualifications
Previous experience of Hospitality Service work requiredDemonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer serviceGood communication skillsAbility to work within a team and supervise a teamAbility to work under pressureHigh standards of honesty and integrityStrong personality, “thick-skinned” and able to deal calmly and confidently with a diverse range of customers.Hard working and reliable, with a strong work ethicGood Personal HygieneArabic and English speaking a strong assetAdditional Information
