Overview

Industrial Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our growing team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

Conduct time and motion studies to identify ways to improve manufacturing processes
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency
Develop and implement new processes, procedures, and systems to improve overall productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Train production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or a similar role

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Lean principles

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Location

Salary : This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location : Lusail, Qatar.
