Job Description :

As a Sales Executive for Health Care / Hospital Furniture, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing expert guidance on a wide range of hospital and healthcare furniture solutions to medical institutions such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare centers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Business Development :
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable hospital furniture solutions (e.g., hospital beds, patient chairs, examination tables).
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis :
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands for healthcare furniture.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales service.
  • Product Knowledge and Training :
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s hospital furniture products and services.
  • Stay informed about new product developments, features, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide guidance and training to customers on product usage, features, and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Documentation :
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are properly completed and submitted.

Key Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Trading of Healthcare / Hospital furniture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available in Qatar with a transferable visa and ready for immediate joining.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or hospital furniture.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific needs of medical facilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Key Skills :

  • Sales Expertise : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record in healthcare or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of healthcare environments and furniture solutions tailored to hospitals and clinics.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting products and closing deals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Market Awareness : Staying updated on trends in healthcare furniture and hospital equipment.
