HSE Manager

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programmes in line with local and international regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and report regularly to management. Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure compliance across all operations. Manage and control HSE budgets and resources. Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE legislation and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Certified in NEBOSH Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HSE management role. Strong knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
