Job descriptionManage and update our Shopify store, keeping orders accurate and up to date Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production Communicate directly with tailors : manage schedules, track timelines, and ensure Schedule the employer’s calendar : meetings, appointments, and studio-related tasks Seek out industry connections and opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, and events Coordinate delivery logistics : ensure the delivery person is aligned with customers and Oversee the flow of studio operations, helping ensure everything is on track and Assist with sourcing materials or handling day-to-day errands as needed Strong communication and organizational skills Confident with basic tech : Google Sheets, Shopify (training can be provided) Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-up Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilities Female candidates are preferred for practical reasons within the team and work environment Prior experience in fashion, retail, or abaya / modest wear is a bonus Arabic-speaking is a plus
