Administrative Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract, No Accommodation)
We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and managing administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Manage administrative staff by hiring, training, and supervising their work
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintain records of office expenses and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding administrative policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
Qualifications
