Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charge Nurse located in Doha, Qatar. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of assigned practitioners and medical providers. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, managing nursing schedules, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and safety standards. The Charge Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. This is an admin-heavy role that requires juggling tight appointments and customer service.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in a wellness or holistic health environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
