Diagnosis Technician - Electric vehicles

Diagnosis Technician - Electric vehicles This role to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of electric vehicles’ electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems using specialized diagnostic tools and procedures to maintain optimal vehicle performance and safety.

Key Accountabilities

Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections on electric vehicles to identify electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.

Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment, software, and technical documentation to determine root causes of issues.

Perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components following manufacturer specifications.

Support preventive maintenance and system calibration of EV components, including battery management and regenerative systems.

Record and report diagnostic findings, repair activities, and parts used in the job card system accurately.

Coordinate with the parts department to identify required spare parts and ensure timely availability.

Assist in training junior technicians on EV diagnostic techniques and safe handling procedures.

Conduct post-repair testing to verify successful resolution and performance of vehicle systems.

Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and ensure calibration as per schedule.

Experience in the Field 2-5 years Dealer experience
