Project Director

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Package Director to lead and oversee a portfolio of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, efficient execution, and successful delivery across the program, while driving high-level stakeholder engagement, cross-project coordination, resource optimization, and robust governance to achieve organizational objectives and maintain excellence in quality, schedule, and budget performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Project & Program Leadership

• Oversee the planning, initiation, and execution of multiple complex projects within the package, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Define and refine scopes, objectives, and high-level deliverables across the entire project portfolio, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and risk assessments across all projects, ensuring risks are proactively identified, prioritized, and mitigated before impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Develop multi‑project program roadmaps, including integrated schedules, budget frameworks, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery of the full package.
