Overview of the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Used Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The role is crucial in supporting the sales objectives of the company by achieving given sales and gross margin targets. You will be responsible for providing first-rate service to current and potential customers of Automall.

What you will do

  • Minimize risk through effective evaluation of used cars for trade-in or purchase
  • Submit mechanical inspection reports and check for any violations
  • Ensure the collection of valid documents related to the purchase process
  • Achieve or exceed allocated monthly sales targets (units and gross margin)
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales by achieving or exceeding objectives
  • Adhere to company procedures in handling cash and credit customers
  • Continuously improving selling techniques and customer handling skills
  • Sell insurance, accessories, and service packages
  • Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, and benefits
  • Ensure proper display of used cars (condition, pricing, cleanliness, and specs)
  • Comply with company guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and report all incidents to the showroom manager

Required skills to be successful

  • Strong English communication skills
  • 1-2 years of automotive experience
  • Proactive, hardworking, and motivated approach
  • Understanding IT systems such as Fastrack would be advantageous
  • About the team

    You will be part of the Used Car Sales Department, working closely with the Showroom Manager and other team members to create a quality service culture. The team is dedicated to ensuring positive customer experience and promoting continuous improvement in customer service
